Melksham Town FC are delighted to announce that Sam Hedges and Aidan Chainey have committed to the club for the 2019/2020 season.
Sam, who is a defender, was previously at Paulton Rovers last season before joining Street in January. Manager, Rich Fey, was delighted to secure Sam and commented,
'Sam was great for me last season. He is 20 years old and has great potential. He has a great attitude and jumped at the chance to join Melksham Town.' Sam commented, 'This is a great club with the potential to do very well this season. I always remember the large support playing against Melksham and look forward to working with Feyer again. '
Aidan is a 24 year old midfielder who was previously at Yeovil Town and Taunton Town. Rich Fey commented,
'Aidan is another lad with a great attitude and wants to do well. He is reliable and honest who gives 110% and I know he will be a supporters favourite once the season starts.'
Aidan is really looking forward to joining Melksham Town. He adds,
'The facilities and ambition of the club were a big draw for me and I can't wait to get started.'
